Jump Rope & Calisthenics Workout for Beginner/Intermediate Levels

Description

This is going to be all bodyweight workout session, you can bring your rope and mat if you have one. If you don't its totally OK.

This is going to be beginner and intermediate level workout. The goal is after this session that everyone feels empowered by the workout and not feeling exhausted yet get challenged at the same time.
