KAP stands for Kundalini Activation Process, and it is a modality based on the most transformative force in the human body – Kundalini energy. For centuries activation of Kundalini has been a Holy Grail of many practices because it has a profound effect on the human mind, body, and spirit. Once activated, it unleashes a mechanism within the body that can heal, transform, upgrade your DNA and even connect us with higher levels of consciousness.

The uniqueness of KAP lies in its approach; it is based 100% on direct experience. There is no theory to apply nor any requirements to participate, only to come with an open mind and surrender to the process. KAP is an energy transmission intended to reset, align and raise the vibration of your body. It doesn't require direct contact and can be performed remotely with a great outcome.

During the session, a wide range of phenomena can occur, from spontaneous movements to emotional catharsis, visuals, or feelings of profound bliss and non-dual states of being. With continued exposure, rewiring of the brain and central nervous system occurs.

4. What to expect during the session?

KAP session lasts about 2.5 hours, and it includes:

- introduction

- 60 – 90 min activation

- sharing

During activation, participants will lay down on yoga mats and relax. Anna will use music and verbal cues to guide the process. The level to which you will experience this energy is the level of your surrender. When you become a silent observer, a background to which this energy will manifest itself in your body, like a canvas, more will happen. The entire process is conscious, and you will have full control of how deep you want to immerse yourself in this experience.

There are several manifestations of awakening kundalini called kriyas – an involuntary, intelligent way of the body releasing the blockages (suppressed memories, traumas) through movement, visions, emotions, and sounds. Common expressions of awakened Kundalini include:

Spontaneous movements, often yoga poses, even if you have never done yoga

Involuntary shakes, twitches, pulsation associated with trauma/stress release and reintegration of the system

intense heat, sweating, cold

electricity circulating the body

temporary pains in different areas of the body

visions of colors often associated with different chakras

pressure in the skull

wave of euphoria

sudden deep insights and realizations

feeling of deep bliss and love

emotional releases: laughing, crying, screaming

change of the breath rhythm

spontaneous mudras – hand gestures associated with energy flow

spontaneous bandas, also called body locks – strong contractions, accumulations of the energy at the base of the spine (root chakra), in the stomach area (solar plexus), or the neck/chin (throat chakra)

involuntary sounds: talking, humming, singing

surfacing of unwanted or repressed thoughts, emotions, and memories

shifts in consciousness

stillness or heaviness of the body

Sharing is an essential part of the process. After the session, many find it hard to find words to describe their experiences. However, talking about it helps with further integration.

5. What to expect after the session?

Many people reported long-lasting positive changes in their well-being, habits, and perception following the sessions. Each session builds on the last one. Results might vary among individuals. Here are some of the most common after-effects:

6. What you'll need to prepare for the virtual session:

1) Stable wifi

2) Zoom downloaded on your laptop, tablet, or phone; the basic version is free: https://zoom.us

3) Zoom link to the event will be sent via email after registration

4) Yoga mat or blanket on the floor (so you can lay down comfortably)

5) The camera on your device should be positioned in a way so I can see your body during activation

6) Make sure your speakers are on; I will play music in which I will sync the activation; you can also use an external speaker or headphones

7) Digestion consumes a lot of energy; if possible, please avoid eating heavily prior to energy transmission

9) Blindfolds are optional if they will help you surrender deeper to the process

10) We don’t recommend pillows; however, your comfort during the session is a priority, especially if you have a neck/back issue.

7. Meet your KAP Facilitator.

Anna is the founder of Healing Art of Awareness and one of the first KAP facilitators in the US, selected and trained by Venant Wong founder of KAP. She completed Level 1 Training in San Fransisco in June 2019 and Level 2 Training in Tulum in April 2022. Ever since Anna experienced KAP, it became her true passion and life purpose. Last three years, she devoted herself to studying and deepening her knowledge of Kundalini and its potential.
