We're teaming up with our family's dojo, Premier Martial Arts Murfreesboro, to bring YOUR FAMILY an opportunity to learn self-defense!

Premier's instructors are incredible and kids will walk away from the class feeling more confident and better prepared to defend themselves should the need arise.

This class is for kids only (ages 5-12) - and space is limited-- reserve your child's spot, have them wear clothes they can move in and get ready for a fun, educational and empowering morning! (Parents encouraged to stay and watch!)
