KIN Donation-Based Yoga Class

Description

Join us for a KIN Yoga Class led by Certified Yoga Teacher, Jamie Hackbarth. At KIN, we believe leading with your full-self and to do so you need to create space for yourself. Give yourself a moment to let go at this donation-based yoga class!

Vinyasa is a powerful yoga flow matching breath to movement. The class mixes dynamic movement, balance and release while weaving in mindfulness practice. This class is accessible for all levels (beginners welcome!) and several variation offerings will be given for you to tailor your yoga practice for your unique needs.
