Throughout her life Sindija (Sindi) has followed her inner instinct and recognized synchronicities which eventually lead her to RA MA Yoga Institute NYC.
It was her deeply profound experiences in kundalini yoga classes that guided her to seek for answers and deeper knowledge about Kundalini Yoga and Meditation.
Studying with Guru Jagat, Harijiwan and TEJ was life changing.
She didn’t have a slightest intention to become a KY teacher, but her awakened soul had a different plan.
Sindija has been teaching Kundalini Yoga and Meditation ever since completing International Teachers Training at RA MA NYC in early 2019.
She’s highly passionate about the alchemy of life and carries a spark to help others to “cross the bridge” and connect to the Higher Self through the technology of Kundalini Yoga.
