Santa Rita Hills Lavender Farm is an active regenerative farming operation, as such we do not do any poisoning and wildlife is welcome on the farm just as much as people. We require all guests to our farm to wear close toed shoes and be aware that bees are harvesting constatnly from our field. As such it recommended that anyone with allergies BEE prepared, bring your medicine. The field is in direct sun but the outskirts have plenty of oak trees for shade, it is still reccomended that visitors take adequate sun protection for particularly high UV days.
