Although introverts, empaths and HSPs are not synonymous with one another, they can share similar traits and challenges in the workplace due to cultural norms. Phim will share frameworks and food for thought from her coaching practice to help introverts, empaths and HSPs on developing their leadership styles. Spoiler alert: this workshop will not aim to convert you into an extrovert, or to simply tell you to be louder in the room.

Fun fact: Various sources will tell you that introverts make up anywhere from 20-40% of the world's population. On the other hand, Talkspace has noted that empaths make up about 1-2% of the world's population, and Dr. Elaine Aron has estimated that highly sensitive people (HSPs) make up around 15-20%.
