LEARNING TO THRIVE WITH ADULT ADHD:

Skill-Building and Support Group for Adults with ADHD

Facilitated by: Amber Sebastian

When: Mondays 6:00 - 7:15 pm, Aug 1 through Aug 29 (5 weeks)

Location: 1934 Monroe Street, Madison WI.

*If the group exceeds 15 participants, the location may be moved.

Cost: $100 for entire series (recommended) or $30 per single session.

Sliding-scale options available for those with financial barriers.

Drop-ins are welcome! Attend the full series for maximum benefit.

Description: This 5-week, 75-minute support group series is for adults (18+) living with ADHD.

ADHD can impact every domain of life—work, school, relationships, emotional wellbeing, and daily functioning. Oftentimes, it also comes with unique sources of strength, creativity, and resilience. This group provides peer support, psychoeducation, tools, and resources for adults living with ADHD. Each week the group will explore a different theme and introduce experiential practices and strategies designed to help participants move from overwhelmed to managing to thrive.
