Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating community experience in a sacred safe space for the LGBTQIA+ community to nourish the mind, body, soul & spirit.

Rooted in connection and community, helping relax the mind and body, caring for ourselves and each other. Participate in and learn about a true form of care with a dual soundbath meditation with Gina Skye and Iris Esmeralda.

This experience is a true embodiment of unconditional love and connection within yourself and the community.

There are a few things we need to help our nervous system, one is a safe loving community and coregulation, and another is the soothing somatic techniques our body needs and deserves.

Our intention is to create a stressfree, loving experience where we hang up the worries of the outside and breathe stillness and peace into our mind and body. The sounds and vibrations used help activate the nervous system, allowing to reduce stress, improve sleep, improve focus and unblock energy.
