Raquelle will guide you through this unique combination of active breathwork, Ho’Oponopono and guided visual meditation for a powerful and restorative healing session.
A lot of us carry heavy energy or emotions within our body and this practise will help you to release the build-up of this energy, stress, trauma and return to your natural state of self-love, self-forgiveness, and joy. You’ll leave feeling euphoric, relaxed, and filled with compassion for yourself and others!
This is a lie-down meditation to uplifting music and involves deep, active breathwork for the first 30 minutes and a short guided visual meditation for the rest of the class.
