Have you ever walked a llama? pet a llama? seen a baby llama? By popular demand we are offering llama encounters at our farm in Kalama, Washington. Our farm has approximately 50 llamas of every size and color. Our llamas are extremely sweet and personable.

Llama encounters are done in small groups, which give you the unique experience of being able to pet, walk and spend time with these special animals. Our first baby llamas are due starting April 1st, so there is a very good chance that you will get to see a baby llama on your visit.

Location: We are in Kalama, Washington, conveniently located about a mile off of exit #27. Kalama is approximately 30 minutes North of Vancouver, Washington, 45 minutes North of Portland, Oregon, and about an hour and 45 minutes south of Tacoma. If you are wanting to make your llama encounter part of a longer visit to our area Kalama offers:

McMenamins Kalama Harbor Lodge - A Hawaii themed restaurant and Lodge on the banks of the Columbia River (Large Sandy beach there also!)

Kalama River - Renowned for its breathtaking views and world class fishing.

Downtown Kalama - Antique stores galore and a nice (smaller) selection of restaurants.

NO DOGS are allowed on our tours or locked in the cars during our tours.

The stars of the show will be the llamas, currently our farm in undergoing many renovations so that we can expand and add more experiences in the future. We are a working farm with projects in progress. There will be farm equipment and supplies, farm smells, and potentially a little mud in places. Wear outdoor shoes and a coat. The tours are in the outdoors, dress for all weather.

NOTE: We do not currently have a public restroom. "The Rebel" Truck stop located at 7349 Old Pacific Hwy S, Kalama, WA 98625, approximately 1 mile from the farm has public rest rooms you can visit before and/or after your tour.
