Chef Tajahi's passion for food is fueled by community, his family and love of music.

"Growing up in old Jamaica, my radio was filled with Glen Washington, Beres Hammond, Gregory Issacs, and my favorite group of all time, Morgan Heritage. My grandparents loved to listen to Marcia Griffiths, Lloyd Parks, and Alton Ellis, one of the most beautiful voices to come out of Jamaica. Coming to America and growing up in the music industry, almost every night I watched a beautiful heart empty their heart on stage. I fell in love over and over. What I've learned through all of this is that this is my language, and I hope you feel my love."

Chef Taylor, a Pieces, has always been in tune with the use of food as an emotional connection. Every bite gives you a deeper feel into his passion for food. Combining his southern heritage with extensive traveling of southeast Asia, Chef Taylor seeks to tell a story behind each menu item. Each bite represents a connection he has made around the world. Regardless of the language he speaks, he has always found food to be a building block for every relationship, and looks forward to helping you build and establish your relationships.
