The City of Lovejoy would like to invite you to the FIRST Lovejoy Halloween Costume 5K Fun Run. The event will be taking place on Saturday, October 29th, 2022. The City of Lovejoy has a strong focus for education and bridging the gap between the community and government. We're excited to announce that 50 % of the proceeds will be given to the Lovejoy High School Athletic Department.

This is a family fun event! Enjoy a fun time walking or running, while getting tons of treats a long the way. We encourage all friends, families, residents, and guest to come together for this amazing experience. To ensure the safety of the runners/walkers , the Lovejoy Police Department will be monitoring the roads.

This event starts promptly at 8:00 AM. All participants should arrive no later than 7:15am, allowing participants time to check-in. Late attendees will not be able to participate due to the use of a rolling road closures.

Pre-Registration will be closing on Thursday, October 27th, 2022 at 4:00 PM. Day of registration will be available the day of the event. All pre-registered participants will receive a Lovejoy gift bag and completion medal. Gift bags are not included in day of registration. The fee for 'Day of Registration' will be $20 (card payments only) .
