Every week I support my clients in meal planning and packing lunches is 1/3 of that work. It doesn't have to be fancy, but there are good, simple strategies for keeping ourselves and our kids well-fed when we are away from home so our blood sugar is stable, our energy stays up and we are ready to learn, work and play. Packing a good blood sugar-balancing lunch also reduces night time over-eating.
