March Madness Bracket Challenge - 2022

Description

The Guardian ad Litem Foundation, 20th Judicial Circuit, is inviting college hoops fanatics, basketball prognosticators, and amateur bracketologists to register for its 5th annual March Madness Bracket Challenge.

The cost to participate is a $30 minimum donation per bracket or purchase 4 entries for $100. After completing the online registration form, participants will receive a complete list of rules and instructions for completing their picks.

uhBrackets go live on Selection Sunday, which is Sunday, March 13, and all picks must be entered by noon on Thursday, March 17th. Participants earn points for correct picks in each round of the NCAA Division I men’s basketball tournament. Winners will be announced after the championship game on April 2nd.

Prizes will be awarded to the top three finishers: a $500 Amazon gift card for first place, $300 Amazon gift card for second place and a $200 Amazon gift card for third place.

Proceeds will help the Guardian ad Litem Foundation recruit, train and support volunteer child advocates who serve as the voice for abused, neglected and abandoned youth in Collier, Lee, Charlotte, Hendry and Glades counties as they navigate the judicial, education and child welfare systems. The foundation also provides financial assistance to help meet a child’s basic and developmental needs, including the Children’s Needs Program that provides “extras” like birthday parties, tutoring, summer camp programs, movie tickets and registration fees for clubs and sports.

The Bracket Challenge is presented by First Horizon Bank, and is organized as a private group through the NCAA’s official tournament website.
