  • Transform your farm into a successful family business that makes more profit and requires less work!

Day 2 (Oct 21st): Hard Work and Harmony

  • Get everyone in your business on the same page
  • Turn expectations into agreements
  • Hold family members accountable in the business without hard feelings at home
  • Create a succession plan ensuring there is a "happily ever after" for your family

This 2-day advanced workshop will be taught by Dave Pratt, one of the experts on the Ranching for Profit team. Dave Pratt has helped thousands of farm families build happier, healthier lives and improve the health and productivity of millions of acres and has taught thousands of producers across the US, Canada, Mexico, Australia, and Africa to help them transform their farms and ranches into sustainable.

The workshop will feature a small group approach with team and class discussions, case studies, videos, constant interaction, and direct application to the participants’ own situation to make for a fun and effective learning environment.

The event runs from 9 AM to 5 PM each day. Lunch will be provided each day.
