Meditation Circle

Description

Meditation is an age old practice to quiet the mind and unify it with the heart. The benefits of the meditation unfold over time, by turning inward within one discovers a world of knowledge and inner-knowing. Modern science has already been able to verify what ancient Yogis and Buddhists knew all along: meditation is a inner journey that unifies the brain, the mind and the heart, creating whole-being coherence. For We will begin our meditation practice by first opening and grounding the body through a few gentle yoga poses and breathing exercises (about 30 minutes) and conclude with guided meditation (about 30-45 minutes). No yoga or meditation experience is necessary for this introductory meditation practice. Please were comfortable, stretchy, loose clothing and bring your mat and blanket, as we’ll practice meditation in Śavãsana (laying down) pose.
