Meditation & Gong Bath @ Yoga Shala in Miller Beach

Description

Wear your comfy clothes and bring your pillow, blanket and a thick yoga mat or two!

We will begin with a short meditation to help you let go of old things you're ready to say goodbye to and welcome in the new that you want to intend into your life - so bring an open mind and a good attitude toward the future!

Drink lots of water before and after, come a few minutes prior to adjust your situation on the floor, and bring whatever you need to be comfortable on the floor for 90 minutes of zoning out and you time.
