Meditation & Movement Class

Description

This slow-paced class consists of gentle movement to prepare the body to sit comfortably in meditation. The movement component of the class works on linking the breath to movement, stretching and gently strengthening the body and bringing about a sense of calm to the mind. This allows for an easeful and comfortable transition into the meditation practice. This class is suitable for yogis of all levels, especially those who prefer a gentler class, are working with an injury or would like to deepen their yoga/meditation practice.
