HOPE & SURVIVAL —Native DC Washingtonian author writes books that address the social issues regarding what are Co-Occurring Disorders and their associations with the opioid / fentanyl crisis, addictions, mental health, suicidal ideations and the affects and effects of COVID-19; will be a vendor (Booth F2) at the 13TH Annual DC State Fair, on Sunday September 11th, 2022, 10:00 am -5:00pm on the Gateway DC St. Elizabeths East Campus.

MEET AUTHOR M/R JOHNSON

Author M/R Johnson's books begin the uncomfortable conversations regarding the affects and effects for the (risk factors) and behavioral health (root causes) that refute the question…WHY.

Each book implements transformation tools for education, hope and innovative solutions that move beyond in-patient and out-patient treatment care, to sustainability living a normal life beyond addictions and mental health disorders for children and adults, from all ethnicities, financial status quo and diverse communities, who suffer in silence, and public scrutiny from the devastations and pain from trauma.

Miss Johnson’s books can be utilize for cultural competency, conflict resolutions, intervention, prevention and strategy building relating to Stigma Reduction, Harm Reduction, Stages of Choice Focus Groups, as well as Empathy Training for staff development, group webinars and in- person workshops or webinars. Her books provide collaboration for innovative and integrative solutions with thinking-outside-the-box engagement.
