• Victor Johnson for Texas House is endorsed by U.S. Senator John Cornyn, Congressman Michael McCaul, Travis County Republican Party Chairman Matt Mackowiak, and Austin Young Republicans.

• Victor was raised in a small town working on his grandparent’s farm between school.

• He joined the U.S. Army at 20 years old and became a Special Agent with the Army Criminal Investigation Command and retired as Chief of Counter Narcotics.

• Victor is a 21-year veteran of the U.S. Army including 11 years abroad. He served during the Vietnam era, the Panama conflict, Desert Storm and Desert Shield.

• Victor was a college Professor for the University of Maryland (in Germany), Central Texas College (in Korea), and the University of Central Florida (in Russia).

• Victor left the military to work as a special agent supervisor for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

• He started a small business – a computer forensics company – in Florida and ran that for 15 years before selling it and moving to Texas, where he's lived since.

• He's been married for 50 years and has one adult son and two grandchildren.

• Victor has been elected as President and Vice President of his HOA, as President of the Pflugerville Downtown Association, President of the Pflugerville Republican Club, and President and Treasurer of the Pflugerville Community Development Corporation – bringing jobs here!
