Intro:
I am proud to be an MHFA Instructor, which I deliver through F=@#! Mental Health - my non-profit making Community Interest Company (CIC)
I set the CIC up on the back of my own personal struggles with mental health. My way of giving back, having a sense of purpose.
I am not looking to profit from my work through the CIC. I offer these courses on a pay as you feel, part or fully subsidised basis, funding all shortfalls through the revenues/profits from my other company Fide Careers. Fide is an ethical business which combines finance recruitment with mental health & wellbeing.

Cost:
I am offering the place under a 'pay what you feel' basis, any contribution going directly to the CIC and the value of the course. The CIC is registered at Companies House - company number 11782411.
You can do this personally, or via your employer.
There is total confidentiality on each cohort's contribution.

A bit more about F=@#! Mental Health CIC:
Set up on World Mental Health Day 2019, F=@#! Mental Health is a Community Interest Company based out of Yorkshire. It is free to access, 100% confidential, external go-to for employees and employers on all aspects of mental health & wellbeing in the workplace.
It has been set up to work alongside line managers in finance, HR decision-makers, business owners and FDs/CFOs.
Whilst it's focus cites accountants and finance professionals, it is there to support the companies they work for. As every UK company relies on at least one accountant or finance professional, the CIC is here to serve all business.
It's objective is to raise awareness, improve education and provide access to free, part and fully subsidised resources to improve mental health & wellbeing in the workplace.
