Mentally healthy workplaces have never been more important to employees. Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an evidence-based training course which gives you the skills and confidence to have supportive conversations with co-workers and help guide them to professional help if needed. Research shows that MHFA courses increase knowledge, confidence, helping behaviours and reduces stigma.

As part of this BLENDED ONLINE course, participants complete 4-6 hours of self-paced e-learning (approx 4-6 hours), followed by an instructor led Zoom session (held over 5 hours). Please note, the self paced e-learning component must be completed before attending the online Zoom video conference. The Zoom conference is interactive and includes group discussions, activities, and relevant scenarios.

Your instructor will purchase both components 1 & 2 for you.

On completion of this course, participants will receive a Mental Health First Aid Certificate of Completion. Participants can then complete an online assessment to become an internationally recognised accredited Mental Health First Aider.
