PLEASE NOTE: Doors close at event start time and latecomers will not be permitted entry. You are encouraged to arrive up to 15 minutes prior to the start of class to settle in.

Using Sound and Scent to Unwind and Energize

If you have a busy schedule, a never-ending to-do list, and receive constant bombardment from mainstream media, you might often find yourself running out of steam by the middle of the week. You may feel like you're running on empty without really getting the rest you so unequivocally deserve. Our Mid-Week Reset sessions were designed to be a space for rest and rejuvenation.

You are invited to lie comfortably on padded mats and receive the benefits of sound vibrations. We utilize Tibetan bowls and tuning forks to help clear tension from the body and tap into your natural source of energy. Essential oils and natural aromas are used to create a calming environment, and our space is adorned with tropical plants which also help purify the air while offering mood-boosting, stress-reducing properties.

It is our hope that you leave these sessions feeling more at ease, recharged, and in a better mental state for the rest of your week.

What to bring: A yoga mat. You might also wish to bring an eye mask, a small blanket and pillow for added comfort.
