Sanskrit vinyasa means “to place in a special way,” and that informs the graceful dance that is a vinyasa sequence. A creative and dynamic form of yoga that uses breath to link physical yoga postures. Each class is different and postures are sequenced in a way to help increase flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles, and allow you to tune in to your body’s own rhythm. You glide, you float, you sail into a blissful final relaxation.

Jen Gannon is an entrepreneur, a marketing consultant, a writer as well as a registered yoga teacher. Her passion and yogic path are all about bringing the benefits of yoga to people - on their terms. Jen's vinyasa is perfect for the nervous newbie or the experienced yogi looking to deepen their yoga practice.

Be in the know…


• Studio is located in the Banyan House Sanctuary on the second floor, the solid white door at the end of the balcony. Please enter quietly as another class may be in session.

• Check-in at the front desk up to 3 minutes before the start of class.

• If the door is locked then, unfortunately, you were too late to join the class. We always lock the door once we begin to ensure an undisturbed experience, so please make sure to be on time.

• Please put your phone on airplane/silent mode during the the class and don't bring it onto the mat.

• Dress comfortably. Though it is air-conditioned, due to the heated pool, it can get warm at times during the day, please keep that in mind. We do have fans available if needed.

• Unfortunately we don't do refunds. If you need to cancel or cannot attend class please call or cancel online. Your class will be transferred to your account to be used as credit on another class.

• Please be mindful when you book a spot as we have limited space available.
