Mind Align Yin Yoga

Description

A slow, restorative class comprised of settling into deep stretches with long holds that target deep, connective tissue such as joints, ligaments, and bones. Karen will guide the student into a deep sense of relaxation using breath-work and visualization, creating a supportive space to explore and connect to their inner mental landscape. Therapeutic techniques will be introduced to help process and positively reframe thoughts and emotions.
