This virtual event is for people that see students struggling with trauma and self-regulation and/or people that want a deeper body mind connection.
PARTICIPANTS WILL GAIN:
- Understanding of how trauma surfaces in the body
- Understanding the physiological impact of trauma on the body - what happens when we don’t address it?
- What to do when mindfulness isn't enough
- Strategies to use when students are experiencing trauma/emotions
- Impact of using these strategies ourselves when working with others
- CEUs will be provided
