Do you ever feel like things are moving so fast that you hardly have space to process before the next stressor takes place.
Does it feel as if you're are constantly being pulled in different directions, moving from task to task and stuck in the hustle and bustle of daily life, leaving you feeling exhausted, burnt-out, and uninspired?
Finding balance and establishing daily self-care practices has become more important than ever. Allow me to show you how to tap into your creative potential and release emotional tension through creative self-expression.
Sessions focus on mindfulness-based creative approaches – including drawing, painting, and writing combined with mindful meditations and breathing exercises to help you move through daily stressors with more ease, while being in a supportive community.
Group members report feeling more self-aware, patient, vulnerable and accepting of themselves and the world around them. Together, through deep self-exploration, creativity, movement, and play, we can find an artful path to a more meaningful life.
This session requires no previous art skills or training. It is designed to be simple. It requires basic drawing and painting materials as well as paper or canvas. You are also welcome to use magazines for collage.
Ella’s art therapy group was a restorative space for me every week. I got to slow down and open up with others as well as open up with myself. I loved the meditations before starting our art and I enjoyed all of the art that was created each session! We all need time to check in with ourselves, relax and let our creativity flow and that is the space Ella is providing!
