Mockingbird Accountability Group - April 2022

Description

The Mockingbird Accountability Group brings together nonprofit professionals from diverse backgrounds, causes, ages, and stages that are part of our Mockingbird client family, Incubator program, Fiscal Sponsor program, and more. This program is structured as a monthly group coaching session led by the Mockingbird team.

At our meeting, we’ll explore the topics you’re interested in learning more about, meet and greet other founders, set annual goals, and walk through the details of the program.

This month, we're discussing board leadership and accountability.

How our Accountability Group works:

  • Each month, Mockingbird staff and nonprofit experts will lead a 1-hour workshop and Office Hours on critical nonprofit topics, concerns, trends, and check-ins about goals and participate in team problem solving with members.
  • By being in the Accountability Group, you will have access to custom worksheets, templates, and resources to work through topics discussed each month.
  • We will commit to our goals at the beginning of each quarter and recap at the end to measure your progress.
