Join this online Zoom class where you'll learn simple energy practices to calm your mind, melt away stress, feel lighter, brighter and more relaxed.

Easy to Learn

Unlike other forms of marital arts or Tai Chi, there are no complex sequences to remember. Familiar movements take on new significance as you learn, through this gentle, guided practice, ways to open your energy channels, promote healing and relieve stress.

No Requirements

Qigong requires no skill level or experience. No equipment is needed and you'll find it to be less strenuous than your average yoga class. Perfect for all ages and abilities.

Class Schedule

Classes are offered 4 times per week (U.S. Central Time).

Tuesdays and Fridays: 8:00 a.m. - 8:50 a.m.

Wednesdays: 8:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Saturdays: 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Pay As You Can

Register for one class, attend as many as you'd like. Login info stays the same.

We use a pay-as-you-can model. Come and try class for free, as long as you'd like.

Your Instructor

Kyra Cavanaugh is a certified Associate Instructor of Qigong Flow and trained as a Tao Healing and Meditation Guide. She has facilitated workshops in wellbeing, resilience, leadership, and work-from-home practices for over a decade. She thanks the many teachers who have trained her including Marisa Cranfill at YOQI, and the Tao Masters at Sedona Mago Retreat Center in Arizona.
