Navigating Grief During the Holidays

Join hosts; Brittany Squillace, grief counselor with Best Self Therapy and Monica Delius, Yoga Coach with MonicaD Yoga for this heart centered workshop.

This workshop is meant for you if you want to learn:

  • How to create a game plan when attending social events.
  • How to express your grief in a way that others can understand.
  • How yoga, breathing and meditation can help you release pain in an empowering way while helping you achieve a deep state of relaxation.

This will be a hands on workshop so make sure to bring some blankets and pillows for yoga and something to take notes with. This is a virtual event and will be held via ZOOM. Link will be sent the day of the event.
