Hi LGBTQ+ community!

"NETWERQ" is a NEW weekly H-H networking event for industry-specific LGBTQ+ professionals (21+) on a rotating basis with the purpose of creating and building connections, community and potential future partnerships! What’s the harm in forming bonds with other like minded queer folks that share similar interests and career passions that you do? Exactly!

This weeks industry of focus: Queer folks in/interested in the MEDIA INDUSTRY!

**such as Print Media (Newspapers, Magazines), Television, Radio, Music and Film!

With that being said - those of you that are aspiring to get your foot in the door with little to no experience in these specific industries/fields are also HIGHLY encouraged to attend with the ultimate goal here of continuing to uplift and empower the LGBTQ+ community at large.

Whether you’ve already “made it” or not - a little guidance to those who may feel lost or discouraged can go a long way. So why not provide that little bit of inspiration you may have once needed too? That’s what this is also all about!

Name badges will be provided - however, we recommend you bring business cards and/or some sort of small professional document to exchange as you converse amongst one another. Don’t miss out on something that could be forever life changing.
