But, sometimes the pursuit of health and wellness never ends and you get trapped in the cycle.
I have gotten dangerously close to this during certain parts of my life. I wanted the feeling to go away so bad that I was just focused on fixing and healing and learning.
Now, I’m able to float in and out of therapy. Read a self-help book when I feel like it and put it down when I don’t. I can actually enjoy life, experience my emotions, and recognize when there’s real shit I need to work on.
