Join us as we commune virtually over Zoom for a healing sonic journey during this Leo New Moon. This event will be held with the intention of creating space to call in new energy for the cycle ahead. Allison Bagg will guide us through some breathwork before playing cosmic alchemy crystal bowls, which help you enter a deep state of relaxation. The soundbath instruments are all tuned to healing frequencies to entrain your body to rise to this vibration. It will be gentle and restorative.

Make sure to create a cozy space for yourself at home. Suggested but not necessary items: yoga mat, pillows and blankets and an eye mask.
