ALL SALES FINAL: There will be no cancellations, no refunds, no credits possible once the order has been placed.

Event accessibility:A valid Government Photo ID, along with your e-tickets that have been emailed to you via Eventbrite when your order was placed are necessary to get access to the event.

The name on both the credit card and ID have to match the name on your purchased tickets.

Purchase Policy: By placing an order, you are confirming that you received this policy and are agreeing to abide by the clauses within.

Event Cancellations: In case the event is cancelled you will receive a refund for the face value of the ticket with the exception of local or national weather conditions, natural disasters, traffic, parking, public or private transportation issues or any acts of God.

Venue Management has the right to refuse entry to any ticket-holder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion, including but not limited to: disorderly behavior, failing to comply with the rules of the venue, incorrect attire, intoxication, breach of security, and other restrictions.

Participants are aware that the Venue and Talent are subject to change without notice, which are not grounds for a refund.

Proof of Vaccine or PCR test necessary to get access to the event.

FULLY-VACCINATED PARTICIPANTS

- Patrons vaccinated against COVID-19 by a two-dose mRNA vaccine (such as Moderna and Pfizer), or a single dose vaccine of Johnson & Johnson, are considered “fully vaccinated” two weeks after the second dose.

- Vaccination card must be presented with valid I.D. upon entry to the venue. QR Code or digital copy of COVID-19 vaccination record are also valid

UNVACCINATED PARTICIPANTS

- Individuals who are not fully vaccinated must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to the event.

- Printed document or email from the test provider is an acceptable proof of a negative COVID-19 test result.
