A Real Estate Salesperson is hired to facilitate a property purchase, sale or rental transaction on behalf of their client for compensation under the guidance and supervision of a Sponsoring Broker. Our 75 Hour State Mandated Course prepares individuals to successfully pass the New York State Real Estate Salesperson Exam.

There are 20-Salesperson courses to complete the NYS 75-Hr Real Estate Salesperson Certification.

All classes will start on either a Tuesday or Thursday; beginning with SP1. After SP1 is complete courses can be taken in any order.
