And now, it's my pleasure to announce that I created a powerful workshop to help anyone find your inner artist, and bring it out to play anytime!

Oh how this workshop has evolved over the last 2 years. I feel like a "Big girl" makin moves to bring you something from my heart. This Is so... "NOT YOUR AVERAGE ART CLASS"I created this to be an opportunity, an invitation... to dive deep, meet or reconnect with your inner child, and paint your way to new levels of communicating with yourself.

I bring to you a profound and FUN and EASY way to reconnect and create a relationship with your truest self -- your creative genius -- your FUN, your INSPIRATION. The version of yourself that will ripple out in waves of joy to all those around you. You know that one moment of creative spark that you treasure so much? You know that's your real nature, your true nature, and somehow you let barriers stop that from being the "all the time" you. You just have not found the way to let go yet! Right?

This is what you'll need:

- Acrylic paint or water colors

- a canvas or water color paper

- a cup of water

- paint brushes or sponges ( feel free to use your hands!)

- paper towels

and make sure you are in a private- uninterrupted space in your home.
