ॐ Free Ashtanga Yoga with Trip Shanti ॐ

Description

This class is for all levels, borrowing mixed elements from Krishnamacarya's Ashtanga Vinyasa mixed with the purifying practice of arm balances and meditation. The physical asana will be just around an hour long followed by a meaningful meditation.

The class is free. I do this because this is how my teachers taught me.
