Cost for this event

Price is based on sign preference, starting at $30 for 12x12 or similar sized framed sign. Ex. 10x14, 9x15, 8x16. For larger signs, base pricing list provided below.

$15 Registration fee is required to proceed to the sign design approval process & to hold your space at this event. When you’ve approved the design, the fee is non refundable & is applied towards the sign cost. Paid Via Venmo, PayPal, Facebook $.

Remaining balance due the night of the event. Most forms of payments accepted, fees may apply.

Sign requests

You are free to choose any framed type sign you’d like. For inspiration, you can visit our Facebook page, Facebook page, & scroll thru our photo albums. You may also submit a pic from Pinterest or Etsy, we’ll do our best to design something similar. (Some fonts may not be available) Or send your favorite quote, scripture or saying, we’ll design it for you. As you decide, please bare in mind that wordy &/or detailed designs need room to allow the process as simplified as possible for you. They may also be $5-$10 above the base prices listed below.

Deadline to register

Every sign is made to order. To allow time for designing, the design approval process, preparing wood & stencils, we need all sign requests no later than Aug 23rd. Some exceptions permitted, case by case but may be limited to materials premade. We’ll do our best to accommodate if you miss the deadline.

***Note*** at this time, wood slat, pallet style types of signs, stove covers & front porch signs are priced differently, higher, based on material cost or may not be available. The price of this quality wood & availability changes frequently. Please have a 2nd, framed sign option in mind just in case.

Additional Info

You are welcome to bring snacks, food & something to sip on if you’d like. For cold drinks, please bring a small cooler. We have plates, plastic utensils, napkins, wine glasses & cork screw as needed.

Clothing. Aprons are provided with minimal coverage. We will be using stains & paint that can ruin clothing. Please dress accordingly.

Event cancellation. All events must have a minimum number of participants registered. Invite your friends to join you to avoid cancellation. If the minimum is not met, or if the organizer has a conflict, you will be notified 48 hours prior & registration fee will be refunded.

Bad Weather cancellations. Registration fee will be applied to rescheduled or future events.
