Oregon Planning Procedures was created at the request of City Recorders of small jurisdictions. The class covers how to effectively set up and operate the planning functions required to be not only efficient, but truly effective in serving the community.

John Morgan and Walt Wendolowski have been teaching their planning classes throughout Oregon for over a dozen years. Elected officials, Planning Commissioners, Staff, and other civic leaders have enjoyed these classes while they have learned not only about Oregon's planning systems and their roles at City Halls and County Courthouses, they have learned about effective decision making, citizen engagement, and graciousness in public roles. Evaluations and feedback are always extremely positive.
