YogaSole is a welcoming community studio in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn.

In this flow class under the trees, you will be led through a combination of breath control, traditional yoga poses, and dynamic stretches. Throughout the session, the teacher will provide suggestions for modifications and variations to individualize your practice. Please bring your own yoga mat to practice on.
