Goddess Yoga: This Vinyasa-style movement class is infused with creative and playful sequencing for the purpose of celebrating the (kundalini) life-force that exists within every body. Each class will offer deep grounding to calm the nervous system, stimulating movement, joyful breath, and reiki energy healing while in final resting postures. Eclectic instrumental music will guide you on your journey to feeling wildly and authentically free.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

Niki was, and is, a born dancer and artist of embodiment modalities. After 20 + years of ballet, jazz, and lyrical dance, Niki found yoga as a means for personal healing. What she discovered is that yoga and yogic philosophy felt like HOME to her. Niki became a 300 hr Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor in 2010 in San Diego, CA, and it was during this time that she experienced a heart expansion, in meditation, that shifted her awareness forever. During her time as a full-time yoga and meditation instructor, she discovered her deep passion for chakra and kundalini energetics, which she then began presenting in teacher training programs for yoga students in Los Angeles. In 2015, during a challenging chapter in her life she found solace in Tantric Cosmology and began teaching Goddess workshops in yoga studios across Southern California. This incredible experience in Goddess energetics led Niki into becoming certified in a multitude of healing modalities including: Reiki, Hypnotherapy, EFT tapping, Therapeutic Imagery, and Feng Shui. Niki now offers an Integrative Healing business online that serves clients nationally as well as globally, while continuing to create energetically activating and soul empowering yoga, dance, and movement experiences for her clients and community for the purpose of liberating the Soul, clearing the mind, and loving the body.
