Let's walk and dance together. This class combines the two most enjoyable cardio segments: walking and dancing! Not to mention, this will burn calories and most importantly - Fat.
WALK - We first meet up at the starting location and walk as our warmup for about 10 minutes to our dancing location.
DANCE - As we arrive, Helena will lead you into a light stretch before we start the dancing cardio made to fit most. It is meant to be fun as we burn calories!
Starting location: Schuylkill River Trail, between Market & Chestnut streets
Dancing Location: Penn Park (Behind the "Penn Bubble" Field)
