Join us for an all levels vinyasa style yoga flow to start your Saturday off right! Class will guide you through 45 minutes of gentle movements, stretching, and mindfulness to calm and recharge your mind and body.

All who register and take the yoga class will receive a ticket to enter a raffle for a FREE pair of leggings from Charleston local brand Jag Athleisure!

Class begins at 10:30 a.m. - 11:15 a.m. Please arrive a few minutes early to check in and get settled.

Stay after class to mingle and check out new apparel from Jag Athleisure.

It is recommended that you bring water, a yoga mat, and anything else you need to be comfortable. Class is held outdoors, please dress accordingly.
