The Sonoma County Black Coalition would like to you invite you and your loved ones to come Paint & Sip with us at Pioneer Park 🎨

In honor of the many black leaders in history who refused to be enslaved and unjustly imprisoned as well as our brothers and sisters who lost their lives and the historical figures who were birthed during This Month, our theme for Paint & Sip will be Black August.

"This Month is not only a month to look back on the resistance against oppression, but it is also month to plan in the present to abolish the oppressive systems against Black folk" @theveryblackproject

Before painting, you will be guided in a visualization practice that may give you ideas about what you want to see change and what you wish to paint into your world today.

• Entry fee: Sliding scale donation of $5-10 (optional)

• Paint supplies and canvases available upon entry

•Kid-friendly (Kids Table with face painting included)

•Snacks and water provided. Feel free to bring your own drinks if you prefer 💚
