We often think that happiness is attained by a significant change from our daily lives - that long-awaited vacation, the new kitchen, a dream relationship, the perfect wardrobe … Those changes may result in a temporary shift in our moods, but what if we could feel a little better, everyday? This workshop is designed to help us slow down a bit, making space for happiness to emerge in our everyday lives 🌞

This workshop will be experiential - please have a small item from your daily life handy when you join the zoom.

Our group will be small so that everyone can actively participate and contribute to the group's experience.
