PEOPLE Culture: the source code for success

Description

Culture is largely misunderstood. Many organisations try to define a culture and then set about driving conformity. This inevitably leads to disengagement and cultural misalignment.

It is of course critical to be intentional about the type of culture you want to create, but you must understand that trying to control culture is fundamentally an impossible task.

Instead, I believe there is a cultural source code which is universal to all teams and organisations, which lays the foundations for thriving culture but leaves room for personal expression, nuance, curiosity and innovation.

Seeing culture as an "open source code" to be developed, built on, and iterated in a way that is reflective of individual, team, and organisational preference is essential to building environments where individuals, teams, and organisations thrive.

Culture is the source code for success.

This webinar introduces to the PEOPLE Cultural Code and some of the key models that enable people and business leaders to implement and experiment with it.
