Description
Club Pilates Belmar to hold a Mat Pilates class at Old 121 Brewhouse in Lakewood, CO. The class will be 45 minutes of a nice balanced Pilates workout. After the workout enjoy a great craft beer while cooling down from the Pilates burn.
