This workshop will educate you on steps to take now to avoid an unnecessary court-appointed guardianship in the future. You will hear from attorneys with the Guardianship Advocacy Program at Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada.

Following the presentation, attendees will have the opportunity to sit down with an attorney for a brief consultation. Appointments will also be scheduled with the Southern Nevada Senior Law Program for estate planning document preparation.
