  • PMA MMA Glove
  • PMA Shinguards
  • Mouth Piece
  • Nunchucku (just one)
  • Kali Stick (aka Escrima Stick)
  • Groin Protection for males.
  • (Please be sure to have your team members in the yellow striped uniform.)

Business Training:

  • Notebook
  • Laptop
  • Presale Intro Already Memorized. (We will not evaluate thosse who are not prepared)

(First half of the day will be lecture for all attendees, the 2nd half will be martial arts training. Instructors do not need to be in uniform until after lunch.)
